The pool system did not fail due to a fault with the pool pump.
The failure was caused by the valve positioned in front of the pool pump which has failed.
This valve issue resulted in the pool pump running dry, which also caused the solar pump to run without water. As a result, the solar pump overheated, leading to internal components melting and failing.
Due to the extent of heat damage and deformation of internal parts, both the pool pump and the solar pumps.
We are able to put in provisions to ensure this does not work again
