Report:
Due to the make up of the material of solar collector, the system is not repairable.
- Gasket between each panel - Not designed for pressure
- uograde pump for correct size and balanced pressure and flow
- Panel not designed to withstand our UV and breaks down
- Not balanced pressure or flow
- Importer has gone out of business in NZ
- Old system looks to be 'Floating on roof ie not fixed down correctly, this would contribute to the break down of joins
- Install uses too many different materials ie Galv, Stainless steel, iron roof etc
- System to be moved to a new location
- System location, closer, lower, safer easier to service
- Weighted water in 65mm pipes are a health and safety risk. PIPES ARE CURRENTLY NOT fixed in position and are tied on with tape. NOT safe and must come off
- Pipes are 80kg each going up the side of the wall. If they fall they will certialy cause harm
- The whoole system on the roof must come off the roof
- We will do basic remedial works to roof. Anything over and above will be minor costs ie consumable ie screws, fasteners, water proofing. TBC

Solar only deal and a bundle price incl new blanket and roller.

Output of the system will be in the area of: HiPEC PSH Flexible strip
- 70 SCOP average in season it will reach upwards of 124 SCOP
- Output will be in the area of 250-318kw, returning water to the pump in the area of 35-40 degrees in season
- 1-2.5 degree lift per hour of total volume of water. Super fast heat
- Mid season 318 KWH
- Season Aug - May for solar and heat pump will allow you continue through the full season
- Quoted a 190kw heat pump, but I suspect you will require 2 x 190kw heat pump for full season 12 months
- 4500kwh ($1400) per season to run vs Heat pump circa $50k as there are many contributing factors to run a pool heater
Roof Temperature vs Air Temperature - Performance (Domestic performance, scaleble for commercial 3x)
True heat performance from heat source ie Heat exchanger and heat from roof ie direct sunlight on roof

Why Choose Pool Solar Heating?
Unmatched Performance
When it comes to heating your pool, solar offers exceptional, consistent performance – even without a cover.
Sustainability
Solar heating is eco-friendly, harnessing free energy from the sun and reducing your carbon footprint.
Cost-Effective
While heat pumps require electricity to run, solar is a one-time investment with minimal ongoing costs. Estimate cost per season $450-550 per season, cost to run.
Low Maintenance
Once installed, solar systems are incredibly reliable with little to no maintenance needed.
