Our commercial blanket range is specific to a commercial application.
Much different to domestic blankets. A commercial blanket need to be strong but simple to use.
We specialise in school pool covers, community pool covers, school pool rollers, commercial pool rollers. We are New Zealands only commercial pool roller supplier. Our rollers are over 150mm in diameter for strength and durability. A roller under this diameter will simply not work. Large pool blankets are very heavy and put a big load on the roller, roller gearing and roller motors.
Avoid problems:
A big issue with motorised rollers is over heating, causing the motor to burn out
Rollers bending and pulling the end feet out of 90 degrees. Once the roller is bent, the blanket will be very hard to roller up
Sewn seams running along the blanket. This causes water egress and the blanket will take on water and chemicals This will cause the blanket to deteriorate from the inside
