Material Notes:
Diaphragm is EPDM/PTFE and valve seals are FKM. To protect PVC from deterioration from UV radiation, PVC installed outdoors should be either insulated or painted with a light coloured acrylic or latex paint that is chemically compatible with PVC. Oil-based paints should not be used.

Pressure Rating Notes:
Pressure rating applies to sizes 15mm (1/2") to 50mm (2"). 65mm (2 1/2") to 100mm (4") and all flanged valves are rated to 150 PSI, all 150mm (6") are rated to 100 PSI, and all 200mm (8") are rated to 75 PSI at 23°C.

Maximum temperature is 60°C. Minimum and maximum temperatures are not recommended for continuous operation or for applications of continuous fluctuations to these temperatures. Also, please keep in mind, as temperatures increase , thermal expansion will increase and bracket spacing will decrease. The pressure capability will also need to be de-rated. Please refer to the PVC Pressure Pipe & Fittings Technical Manual for further details.
